Warranty Information

Most batteries come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and may involve product testing.

OHKIT will provide 3 warranty methods for your reference.

The first way: our technicians provide remote repair to solve the battery problem.

The second method: the buyer will send back the damaged battery (the buyer pays the shipping cost), we will resend a new battery and cover the cost of the battery, the shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.

Third way: our technician can't solve the problem, seller will refund part of the order amount to the buyer, the buyer can find a repair store to repair it by themselves.

The warranty covers the cost of the battery, but not the cost of sending the defective product back to us or sending you a new one, for which you will be responsible.

The gradual decrease in charging capacity of rechargeable batteries is normal and is not considered a defect.

What the warranty does not cover:
-Batteries ordered from other companies
-Batteries that are only discharged and can be recharged and still be used
-Batteries damaged by abuse, overcharging, improper installation, freezing, or improper conditioning
-Removal of warranty labels or tampering with internal battery components
-Batteries not sized for laptop power requirements
-Warranty is good for up to two replacements
-80% of charge capacity remaining after 1 year is considered normal, not defective, and not covered by warranty replacement. The normal capacity after 2 years is 60% of the original capacity.
